The bullshit plate holder that comes stock on the Scout is just retarded looking. Not to mention how far it sticks out just being annoyingly in the way. It was constantly hitting the garage door rail or the Jeep tire when I was parking it. This was an expensive (not sure why it had to cost so damn much) but necessary evil. Check it out!
Though you can’t see it in the photo, when the key is on, the lights are on. The top of the frame is lined with LEDs that shine down on the plate. Pretty slick little gadget. It required cutting the original light wires and splicing in the new ones because it needed extra length. That’s what she said. Totally worth the money.
